Return Guarantee
As a customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to request a refund or exchange for the purchased products. Within these 14 days, the return shipment must be arranged and sent.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different color, size, or product, you can easily process it via our email: sales@trapperstore.com. Shipping costs for product exchanges will be covered by "Trapper".
The subject must be: "Exchange #ORDERNUMBER - NAMEANDSURNAME". The message must include a description of the reason for the exchange and the new size requested.
You have 14 days from the delivery date of the order to notify us and send the product.
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and organize a new order with the preferred items.
Returns (Refund requests)
We understand that sometimes you order something that doesn’t fit well and you want a refund. As long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it according to our return policy.
Our policy is as follows:
- You have 14 days from the date the order was delivered to return the product. If the return is notified and shipped within 14 days after delivery or availability for collection, we will refund the full amount using the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer requesting the return.
- After 14 days, if the return shipment is arranged between 15 and 45 days after delivery or availability for collection, we will issue a Trapper Clothing gift card for the amount equivalent to the price paid for the item.
If multiple items were ordered, these periods begin from the moment you received the last product. Items received after the indicated periods will not be accepted.

The subject must be: "Return #ORDERNUMBER - NAMEANDSURNAME". The message must include the description of the reason for the return.
Unfortunately, gift items cannot be refunded.
Defective Products
We are sorry if you have received a defective or damaged item. Please contact us at sales@trapperstore.com with your order number and images of the damage and we will investigate to resolve the issue.
The subject must be: "Defective Product #ORDERNUMBER - NAMEANDSURNAME"
To receive a full refund, it will be necessary to provide screenshots and evidence within 14 days after we request this information by email.
After 14 days, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Important (Products that cannot be returned)
Products that have a discount of 30% or more and are indicated in the product description as outlet items, clearance, or special promotion items cannot be returned. These products will always be clearly marked in the product description.
This is because these items are sold as clearance or outlet products, therefore their sale is considered final and they cannot be returned.
All products that do not have a discount equal to or greater than 30%, or that have a discount but are not specified in the description as outlet or clearance items, can be returned normally following the store’s return policy.
