Change of variant, size, or product
This page explains the procedure and all the steps to follow to exchange a product, variant, or size.
Remember, you have 14 days from the delivery date to send the order back.
Key points for exchanging a product
- Properly close and seal the product to be returned.
- Send an email to sales @trapperstore .com with the order number and the products you will be returning.
- Send the order to the address detailed below. We recommend using the economical shipping method. The return shipping costs will be borne by the requesting customer.
- Attach to sales @trapperstore .com proof of the shipment and the shipping cost. Includes the tracking number.
- Once we receive the proof of shipment/cost and Correos confirms receipt of the parcel, we will refund the shipping costs and send the new products.
An exchange will not be made when:
- The package is not properly closed or sealed and cannot be shipped.
- The product is received damaged by the end customer.
- The customer does not provide the proof of shipment by email or WhatsApp.
Shipping costs will not be refunded when:
- The customer does not provide the shipping cost by email or WhatsApp.
- The customer does not send the product with the courier “Correos España” or does not use the “standard shipping” method.
- The customer does not provide the order tracking number.

Detailed guide on how to exchange a product
To make an exchange, you must send the product back using the courier company “Correos España”. If you use Correos España and the standard shipping method “Certified Letter”, the shipping costs will be free for you and we will refund them to the same payment method you used for the order. If you use another method, you will need to cover the shipping cost yourself. To process the return, you need to send the products to our Correos address provided below. Please remember it is very important that the parcel is properly closed and sealed. We also ask that all correct products be included and that they are free of defects.
Once the shipment has been made,
- We need proof or a screenshot showing that the return shipment has been completed (image of the receipt, payment, etc.).
- With this proof and verification by Correos that the parcel is in good condition and can be shipped, we will refund the incurred shipping costs and send the new product.
Please, before sending the return, reply to the email at sales@trapperstore.com with the following information:
- Order number.
- Products you will return and want to exchange.
- The new size (or color) you want for each product you wish to exchange.
